Arvelo British Grand Prix Giveaway Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Arvelo British Grand Prix Giveaway, run by Arvelo in collaboration with Coachbuilt Whisky, Blackout Watches and The Pop Up Hotel.

By entering this giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Promoter

The promoter of this giveaway is Arvelo.

Partner brands involved in the prize include Coachbuilt Whisky, Blackout Watches and The Pop Up Hotel.

2. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to UK residents only.

Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

The lead guest and any participant taking part in the whisky tasting experience must also be aged 18 or over.

Employees, contractors, agents or immediate family members of Arvelo, Coachbuilt Whisky, Blackout Watches, The Pop Up Hotel, or any other organisation directly connected with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Like the official Arvelo British Grand Prix Giveaway post

• Share the post to their story

• Tag the guest they would bring to Silverstone

• Subscribe to the Arvelo newsletter using the link provided

Only entries that complete all required steps will be considered valid.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. Giveaway Period

The giveaway closes at 11:59pm on 20th June 2026.

Entries received after this time will not be counted.

The winner will be announced on 21st June 2026 via Arvelo’s official channels.

5. The Prize

One winner will receive a prize package for themselves and one guest, including:

• 4-night stay at The Pop Up Hotel, Silverstone

• Deluxe Belle Tent accommodation, double or twin setup

• General Admission and Inner Track British Grand Prix tickets

• Silverstone parking pass

• 2 tickets to The Pop Up Gala Dinner on Thursday evening

• 2 luxury Blackout timepieces

• Signed bottle of Coachbuilt Whisky by Jenson Button

• Exclusive whisky tasting experience hosted by the Coachbuilt team

The prize is subject to availability, event schedules, venue rules and partner terms.

6. Prize Exclusions

Unless stated otherwise, the prize does not include:

• Travel to or from Silverstone

• Fuel, train fares, taxi fares or airport transfers

• Food and drink outside of the stated prize package

• Personal expenses

• Travel insurance

• Any additional accommodation, upgrades or services not listed in the prize description

7. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

The draw will be carried out fairly from all eligible entries that have completed the required entry steps.

Arvelo reserves the right to verify that the selected winner has met the entry requirements before confirming the prize.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted by Arvelo via the platform used to enter and/or by email if available.

The winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, Arvelo reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

9. Age Verification

As the prize includes alcohol and a whisky tasting experience, proof of age may be required.

Anyone unable to provide valid proof of age may be refused access to the alcohol-related elements of the prize.

10. Prize Substitution

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

Arvelo and its giveaway partners reserve the right to substitute any element of the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances outside their control make this necessary.

11. Event Changes

Arvelo is not responsible for any changes, delays, cancellations, restrictions or amendments made by Silverstone, Formula 1, The Pop Up Hotel, Coachbuilt Whisky, Blackout Watches or any third-party event provider.

If the British Grand Prix or any related event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed, Arvelo will work with the relevant partners to determine whether an alternative arrangement can be offered, but no cash alternative is guaranteed.

12. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that Arvelo may announce the winner’s name and may share reasonable winner-related content for promotional purposes.

The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the giveaway, including photographs, video or social media content. Participation in additional publicity will be subject to the winner’s consent.

13. Data Protection

Personal data provided as part of the giveaway will be used to administer the giveaway, contact the winner and manage newsletter subscriptions.

Entrants subscribing to the Arvelo newsletter may receive future marketing communications from Arvelo. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time.

Personal data will be handled in accordance with Arvelo’s Privacy Policy.

14. Fair Use and Disqualification

Arvelo reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who submits incomplete, false, misleading, duplicated or fraudulent entries.

Entries created using automated systems, bots or third-party entry services will not be accepted.

15. Social Media Disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, X or any other social media platform unless specifically stated.

Entrants release the relevant social media platforms from any responsibility connected with the giveaway.

16. General

Arvelo reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Arvelo’s decision regarding the giveaway is final.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
